Description
Mesothelioma is one of the cancers often arise from cells lining the chest or stomach pouch. This may affect the organs in the abdomen.

Symptoms
Patients usually complain of shortness of breath, cough and chest pain. Other symptoms appear simultaneously with increasing stage of disease. As the disease progresses shortness of breath increased, whereas body weight and decreased appetite.

Treatment
There are three types of traditional treatment for patients with malignant mesothelioma. Often two or more of these combined in the course of treatment: surgery (remove the cancer), radiation therapy (using high-dose X-rays or high-energy rays to kill cancer cells), and chemotherapy (using drugs to fight cancer)
